Royal Battle!
Afterlife participated in a battle with the elite Royal Guard from Thurgadin. The battle was part of a very involved quest, and was so incredible to see and be a part of. We had a great time!

Statue of Rallos Zek Slain!
After killing The Vindicator for a second time, Afterlife proceeded to kill the Statue of Rallos Zek, located in Kael. It was an awesome fight..one that we were not fully prepared for - the Statue came while buffing, and rezzing...A few key people went down quickly, Kallis respawned, but we pulled it together, focused, and after a long LONG fight, the statue was slain. What a rush!

Veeshan's Peak Cleared - Phara Dar Dead!
Afterlife cleared Veeshan's Peak this weekend, starting Friday night with the slaying of Silverwing. Saturday we reassembled to kill the rest of the dragons - Hoshkar, Xygoz, Druushk, and Nexona on the way to the big prize (and only dragon not yet defeated) Phara Dar herself.

Halloween Fun
Verant Interactive held several small GM events for players in honor of Halloween. Afterlife happened to be in the Lake of Ill Omen when one such event took place. Much to our surprise, Faydedar (the elusive Timorous Deep dragon) began attacking a few of our members as we were leaving the zone. Realising this was a unique opportunity we quickly reassembled in the zone to slay the small but mighty dragon.

Afterlife Wins ToT on Mithaniel Marr!

Gorenaire is Dead!
Gorenaire, the white dragon of Dreadlands was slain tonight by Afterlife. The last of the three new outdoor dragons to be slain, she put up quite a fight, but we finally bested her.

Xygoz & Druushk Slain!
Two more mighty beasts of Veeshan's Peak fell tonight at the hands of Afterlife. This was also the first time on any server the dragon Xygoz has been killed!

Hoshkar & His Drops
Yes, we finally did it: Hoshkar, the mightiest dragon so far encountered in Veeshan's Peak, is dead.  This is the first Hoshkar slaying on ANY server.  Loot included a Shissar Apothic Staff, Shissar Elemental Staff, and a Veridix's Short Sword.  For more pictures of the dragon, click here.

Afterlife's First VP Raid
Well, we went in today. We didn't do bad for the people we had, but will be needing a few more keys before we can really show VP who's boss. Here's a screenshot for you...

Afterlife stomps GM challenge
We were issued a GM challenge as were numerous other guilds across the servers. Apparently before we completed it, the fastest time was around 15 mins longer. So according to our friendly Verant Events coordinator, AL RULES! er.... We're the #1 Guild in EQ :)

Trakanon down for the 3rd time
Trakanon fell for the 3rd time today, and we smashed him even after a gate with only 5 deaths (three after he died). Loot was a Mannarobe, and Poisoned Mantle.
